On July 28, 2017, the Lululemon La Jolla store hosted professionals from the San Diego fitness industry at their store. The purpose was to educate about the store’s Sweat Collective program, which offers promotions and incentives to those that work in the fitness industry. This include personal trainers, gym owners and coaches.
As an icebreaker, attendees were given nametags with a question that they were to ask one another. The nametag I was given was fittingly “What was the first concert you attended.”
The answers to that question help form the setlist for a portion of the evening. As people gave me their answer, I played a song from that artist. This was fun as it’s not typical to mix in Kenny Chesney, Britney Spears and the Kingsmen into a set.
