San Diego Wedding DJ, Justin Kanoya, introduces the newly wedded couple, Joy and Doug, at the San Diego Botanic Garden.
Joy and Doug met via an online dating service. Joy’s message to potential suitors was that she wanted to go on her “last, first date.” She did just that with Doug.
The two celebrated their day with family and friends at the San Diego Botanic Garden in Encinitas on July 10, 2016. The venue is a great outdoor spot, surrounded by incredible foliage that the garden has to offer.
Joy was a co-worker of mine when I worked at the Port of San Diego. Many of my former colleagues were in attendance, which made for a nice mini reunion for me.
The night consisted of a fun dance party consisting of a lot of “wedding classics” and a few Motown hits that I love and haven’t played in a while.
